Specialities : peaches in the rum - nectarines in the anise - melon in barks of crystallized oranges - pumpkin dry apricot whiskey - 4 red fruits - strawberries candied in the anise. . Pastries : (minimum 3) with pastry flour from saint Eloi mill. Specialities : cake in the cider -, cake in the honey of France- cake in the pumpkin - brownies in walnut - apple craquelin Bread : with FDQS flour from saint Eloi mill. Tea : original teas bought directly in Sri Lanka (ceylan). Coffe: 100% arabica - Orange juice 100%. |
